Day 2 of diet and training for the 5K

So I am on day 2 of my killer training and it is really kicking my trash. I must admit though that the Wii is making it really fun. For the sake of my own pride I won't post my beginning weight, but I will post how many pound I am losing from day to day. Right now I am on a "loading" day which means I eat as many calories and fat as I possibly can. I feel green right now. Yuck. But the day after tomarrow, I will start the 500 a day calorie diet and I am really looking foreward to eating healthy again. I am doing 30 min of Yoga, 15 strength training, and 20 min of cardio a day. I will have to cut back a tad as I start the 500 calorie intake. I hope that this is the beginning of my journey to a thin strong healthy body.
