Just for you Mom

Vroom Vroom

My dad gave me a little Honda 110 last year and I am finally getting around to fixing it up and riding it. I went and took my motorcycle learners permit last week and actually passed! I got the motorcycle all painted up pretty, but I am still waiting on the new seat cushion to arrive in the mail. I will be covering it with white vinyle along with the back buddy seat. It is still a work in progress, but at least it isn't the ugly orange it used to be. The max speed is about 40 mph and people keep telling me it is more like a scooter than a motorcycle. I refuse to call it a scooter dang it! So I am now a motorcycle riding, 2 kid having, helmet wearing, momma.

Brooklyn and Kadens birthdays!!!

Ok. So my two kids are the most spoiled kids ever. They have birthdays which are 4 days apart. So we basically spent a whole week celebrating. We had a birthday BBQ here in Kemmerer with cousins and friends. We roasted hot dogs over a fire in the back yard. Then our darling friends had a BBQ in Logan for them and we had a little celebration. THEN my family had a party for them in Idaho that weekend! These are some pictures of the BBQ in Logan. Our friends the Samsons hosted the little party. That's Adam grilling us steaks! He got a new grill for his birthday/Easter/Fathers Day and was dying to try it out. Sunny is due any day now with their second little boy. Our friend Jo and her two little kidlets came to the party too. We ended up spending the night at Sunnys house that night because we were too tired to drive the rest of the way to Boise. These two little rats made out like bandits! 3 parties!

These are the pictures of the party in Boise. My sweet big sister and her daughters made Brooklyn and Kaden the CUTEST!! cupcake cakes ever!! The pictures are to your right. Brooklyn got butterflies and Kaden got an alligator. We had a lot of fun at the park playing and blowing bubbles. Those are my nieces Kylie and Halie in the pictures with Brooklyn. I had a hard time catching Kaden to get a picture of him that day. He was too busy. After this we went to Jodies house and set up the trampoline and put the sprinkler under it. Everyone got soaked and played till they dropped. Later that night GrandMary took the little kids and Aunt Jodie took the big kids and the REALLY big kids got to go see a movie. Johnny, Molly, Brian, and I went and ate seafood at McGraths and saw Angels and Deamons in the Theatre. Talk about a perfect day. Brian and I love to double date with Johnny and Molly cause they are a BLAST!
Bless my moms heart for taking all of the kids home for a sleepover so we could have a date.
So my babies are 5 and 3 now! yikes. What a huge blessing to have so many wonderful friends and family to celebrate these milestones with.
